PD Rathnam, M.A., B.L., Advocate, serves as the Legal Advisor to HANDS – Human And Natural Resources Development Society. He provides legal guidance to the organization in matters related to statutory compliance, agreements, and organizational governance. He supports HANDS by reviewing legal documents, advising on regulatory requirements, and assisting the organization in ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to applicable laws in all its programs and activities. Finance Officer

Ms. B. Bhagya serves as the Finance Officer at the Gooty Head Office, managing the organization’s accounting, financial, and administrative functions. She oversees budgeting, financial planning, audit preparation, and statutory compliances including Income Tax and FCRA. She manages staff salaries, attendance, PF contributions, office administration, and official correspondence. Ms. Bhagya maintains financial and program data through the HANDS Goojan App, supports proposal development, coordinates with funding agencies, and ensures adherence to organizational policies. Her role is vital to effective financial management and smooth organizational operations.

Accounts Officer

Mr. M. Ravi serves as the Accounts Officer at the Head Office and is responsible for overseeing overall accounting functions in close coordination with program-level accountants. He manages accurate bookkeeping and the maintenance of financial records, ensuring that all accounts are properly updated and compliant with organizational and statutory requirements. His work contributes significantly to financial transparency, accountability, and effective financial control. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, Mr. Ravi supports overall administrative management by efficiently managing office resources and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations. He provides essential operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. He works under the supervision and guidance of the Finance Officer, HANDS. His role is vital in maintaining strong financial systems and ensuring effective organizational operations.

Communications Manager

Mr. D. N. Raju serves as the Communications Manager at HANDS and is responsible for managing the organization’s communication and visibility initiatives. He oversees the HANDS organizational website and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring regular and consistent updates that highlight program activities, achievements, and impact. He handles day-to-day photo documentation of all programs and attends field activities to capture high-quality visual content. He prepares and designs engaging posts for social media platforms and manages video documentation, including editing and uploading program-related videos to the HANDS YouTube channel. In addition, Mr. Raju maintains systematic documentation and records of all project activities to support reporting, communication, and outreach efforts. His work plays a vital role in enhancing the organization’s visibility, transparency, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach.

Program Coordinator - Agroforestry

Ms. V. Nagalakshmi serves as the Program Coordinator for the Agroforestry Carbon Credit Program, overseeing planning, implementation, and monitoring through Field Coordinators. She provides technical guidance and training to farmers on agroforestry practices, nursery management, plantation, and post-plantation care, while promoting participatory and sustainable land-use practices. She manages nurseries, coordinates resource distribution, oversees budgets, ensures compliance and reporting, and integrates climate-smart, eco-friendly, and gender-inclusive approaches. Her coordination and community-focused planning support the effective implementation and sustainability of the program.

Mr. S. Shivashankar serves as the Program Coordinator for the Agroforestry Carbon Credit Program, overseeing planning, implementation, and monitoring through Field Coordinators. Through effective coordination and monitoring, he contributes to the successful implementation and sustainability of HANDS’ Agroforestry Carbon Credit Program.

Program Manager - PU Project Gooty

Mr. Ramesh serves as the Program Manager for the PU Project in Gooty, providing overall leadership for planning and implementation of HIV prevention activities. He supervises outreach teams, including ORWs and PEs, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. He coordinates community outreach, awareness, and behaviour change initiatives, and facilitates access to sexual health services through government health facilities (CHCs, AHCs, and PHCs) across Gooty, Pamidi, Garladinne, and Peddavaduguru Mandals. Mr. Ramesh strengthens partnerships with community groups, NGOs, and government departments, monitors project progress, manages resources, ensures compliance with APSACS/NACO guidelines, and maintains quality reporting. His strategic oversight and data-driven approach enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

Program Manager - PU Project Dhone

Mr. Babji is the Program Manager for the PU Project in Dhone, leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HIV prevention interventions. He supervises Outreach Workers (ORWs) and Peer Educators (PEs), coordinates community outreach and behaviour change initiatives, and facilitates access to sexual health services through CHCs, AHCs, and PHCs across selected mandals of Nandyala District. He collaborates with NGOs and government departments, ensures compliance with APSACS/NACO guidelines, manages resources, and maintains quality reporting to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

Mr. G.Vishnuvardhan is serving as MECA at HANDS under the PU–Gooty program in Anantapur District, AP, supported by APSACS. He oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure effective monitoring of HIV prevention services. He supports field staff, promotes community awareness, and helps reduce stigma. In addition, he manages monthly accounts related to staff salaries and program expenditures, and submits financial documents to DISHA – Anantapur . His work strengthens coordination, accountability, and overall program effectiveness among key populations.
